Established in 2015, CityZens offers Systems and Safety Assurance Management with a strong focus on work package delivery by a specialist team of experienced safety professionals. The team have a wide range of experience of the regulated railway sector, including both heavy and light rail and the critical-to-safety engineering sectors. CityZens has a demonstrable track record of project delivery covering: Independent Safety Assessment (ISA), Safety Case development, System Safety Assurance along the EN50126, 50128 & 50129 'V' lifecycle, New Products Assurance, Site & System Safety audits, Human Factors Integration and safety related Bid & Tender evaluation.

CityZens is an accredited Technically Assured Organisation (TAO) No.190 for Safety Assurance, Human Factors Integration and Independent Safety Assessment. The TAO certification allows CityZens to deliver rail-based subject matter expertise for Transport for NSW engineering projects throughout the entire asset life cycle of railway infrastructure and railway systems.
